EOSC-Pillar foresees to make an impact on the availability and accessibility of transnational open science services covering the full spectrum of European research communities. In relation to this impact, the first target of the project’s exploitation and dissemination plan are the prospective users of the solutions developed to this end by the project, as depicted by the image that can be summed up in two distinct categories, where some categories may play duplicate roles:
Data users such as individual researchers, scientific communities, research infrastructures, education establishments, enterprises, citizen scientists.
Data providers such as research infrastructures, scientific communities, repository managers, universities.
Other targets to be taken into account for implementing a successful dissemination and exploitation strategy are the implementers: decision makers at the national and international level, the EOSC governance and EOSC-related initiatives, research funding agencies and SDOs.
